Research

I currently work in epitaxial thin film research underneath the guidance of Dr Chonglin Chen. I mainly study ferroelectic materials, and analyze their electrical properties as a result of their crystal structure, strain, and composition. The pertinence of this research is for the miniaturization of current devices, and improvement in device performance.
