We also offer great opportunities for continuous undergraduate research. Many of our undergraduate students have one or more publications in peer-reviewed journals as well as several presentations at regional as well as national conferences. As a result many of our students have been admitted at some of the top graduate programs in the USA as well as found employment in the private sector and as innovative teachers in public as well as private schools.
For those who are interested in undergraduate research, please go to UTSA's Undergraduate Research Opportunities page.
We also have a very active chapter of the Society of Physics Students.
